Standing tall at 12 floors, this high-rise structure required advanced structural engineering to ensure stability and safety in Mangalore’s coastal environment. Despite the project’s vertical complexity and scale, our team successfully completed the entire construction in just 1 year and 3 months, underscoring our reputation for speed and precision.

Engineering & Project Execution Constructing a high-rise student residence involves unique challenges, particularly regarding fire safety, ventilation, and efficient space utilization. Bharath Infratech implemented a robust structural framework capable of supporting heavy occupancy loads while integrating modern amenities essential for student life.

The project execution followed a strict timeline, with synchronized workflows for civil construction, electrical grids, and plumbing systems. This ensured that the university could open its doors to students on schedule.
